My name is Erin Jones and I’ve spent more than 20 years serving and leading both in ministry and in the secular world, not to mention years  spent serving as a wife, mom, daughter, etc. We all have those moments when serving others becomes challenging. This blog is intended to serve as encouragement for those working and serving in any capacity. My heart is to share my experiences paired with the Word of God to help draw out strength in you as you find your rhythm in serving those around you. Great leaders are born out of great servants and we have the ultimate example in Jesus Christ. I encourage you to grab ahold of the grace offered from Him and you’ll be amazed at what you can do!

On a personal note, my husband Andy and I have been married 28 years and we have two beautiful children, Blake and Madison. Blake is married to Anastasia (we call her “Nastia”) and they welcomed their first child Mila Svetlana in June of 2019. She has us all quite smitten😊. I am far from an expert but healthy leadership and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ is a huge passion of mine. Other passions include reading, spending time with the family, shopping and traveling 🙂

Professionally, I serve as the Global Operations Director at Children’s Cup, a mission organization serving in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. We focus on bringing hope to kids and families in the hard places. We do this through a holistic child development model and partnerships with local churches in the US and across the globe. It’s a great joy to play a small part in helping expand the global church and bring Hope into the hard places of the world.❤️
